1.First click.

2.Then enter your mobile number and enter your otp which you got.
3.Then enter your details such as name ,where to go,what reson for the travel,vehicle number,email id etc.
4.Click submit,
5.After that, you are required to click on register to get e-pass
6.After approval e-pass will be sent on your registered email ID
7.By following this procedure you can register to get an e-pass for inter-district and inter-state Movement in your own vehicle
