Streamline the process of obtaining your birth or death certificate:
1. Click Here
Register and create an account using your email, mobile number, address, and Aadhaar number.
2. Login and Access Services:
After registering, log in to the portal. On the home page, click Services.
3. Print Birth/Death Certificate:
Click on Print Birth/Death Certificate.
4. Enter Details:
Provide your district, hospital name, and date of birth.
5. Retrieve Your Certificate:
Click Search to access a list of names. Locate your entry and retrieve your birth or death certificate.
