Streamline the process of obtaining an Encumbrance Certificate:
1. Click Here
Open this link to access the Tamil Nadu Registration Department portal.
2. Access E Services:
On the home page, click on the E Services option.
3. Choose Encumbrance Certificate:
Under E Services, select Encumbrance Certificate.
4. View Encumbrance Certificate:
Click on View EC.
5. Enter Details:
Provide the required details such as zone, district, sub-register office, village, survey number, and subdivision number.
6. Initiate Search:
Click the Search button to retrieve the Encumbrance Certificate.
